Yes, absolutely. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we are able to repair both Apple Limited Warranty and AppleCare Extended Warranty qualifying machines. On approved repairs, Apple pays for the parts and labor to perform the repair.
Does Tyrosys repair Mac Portables in their own laboratory?
Yes. Our staffed Apple Certified Technicians perform all of our repair services in our own facilities. We fix all models of Macs.
How long will I be without my Mac?
One to three business days. We understand that your time is important, we can diagnose your Mac the same day we receive it. Once we've accurately diagnosed the problem, the parts can be received the next day to complete the repair.

For desktop or portable computer units out of warranty status is determined by either coverage time expiration, aftermarket upgrading, or accidental damage. All software support performed by Tyrosys is out-of-warranty.

If you spill liquid on your portable, immediately power it off and remove the battery. We'll be able to inspect the scope of damage. The sooner you bring the damaged portable to us the better. We stock factory replacement parts to repair your Mac back to normal.
