How long will I be without my Mac?

What does AppleCare Hardware Warranty mean?
All new Mac computers feature a one-year Apple Limited Warranty and within that year an owner can purchase an additional two years of coverage with the AppleCare Protection Plan. These warranty coverages cover the cost of parts and our labor to complete the repair.
What is Accidental Damage?
Common examples are cracked displays, drop damage, missing screws, or liquid spills. We offer competitive pricing on Mac repairs and use Genuine Apple components. Accidental damage voids your Apple Warranty.
Does Tyrosys fix iPads?
Yes, importantly iPad hardware is repaired by hardware exchange only. If you have AppleCare Plus (AppleCare+) then accidental damage will incur a $50.00 deductible replacement charge.
Does Tyrosys fix iPhones?
Quick answer, no. Apple does not provide Authorized Service Providers a direct channel for genuine parts. While we can do software troubleshooting, Apple has an official exchange-only policy when it comes to hardware on iOS devices. While many people have seen an increase in shops performing broken display repairs, they are using gray-market 3rd party parts that vary in quality. Because these parts are not genuine, Tyrosys cannot vouch for their quality and therefore we will not perform these repairs. We recommend visiting an Apple Retail Store or facilitating a mail-in repair with Apple directly by calling AppleCare Phone Support for a iPhone hardware exchange.
